Just the fact that you are all standing here today, tens of thousands of Artsakh citizens, Armenians are in the Artsakh Revival Square, is already a message to humanity, the international community, and different countries. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Davit Babayan announced during the rally in Revival Square of Stepanakert.

“We are living in a dire period; we are facing ontological dangers, moreover, not only Artsakh, but also mother Armenia and the Diaspora as well. Their future largely depends on Artsakh, Artsakh people,” the Foreign Minister said.

According to David Babayan, in order to come out with honor in this difficult situation, one must work; one must not be indifferent, which can destroy us. “Our future depends on each of us, whether we will win or lose depends on each of us,” he said.

As for the foreign sector, the Foreign Minister said that a lot of work is being done together with all Armenians. According to him, it is necessary to be principled, to give place to professionalism and patriotism.

“Any proposal, any document where Artsakh will be considered as part of Azerbaijan is unacceptable for us. We will reject any such offer. If such a proposal is presented to us by various international courts, we will consider it as a gross violation of international law. Believe that we are able to protect Artsakh, that potential exists. That potential is in each of you. Don’t believe if they say that we are not capable of protecting,” David Babayan stated.
