President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin has sent an invitation to hold a tripartite meeting in Sochi on 31 October, I have confirmed my participation. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said today, on 26 April, during a question and answer session with the Government in the National Assembly.
“Honestly speaking, I have no information whether the Azerbaijani side has confirmed its participation or not. The expectations are related to the evaluation and interpretation of the events that took place during this period,” he said.
