Representatives of the OSCE Secretariat (Chairman: Colonel Robert Arkadiusz Tkachik, representative of Poland) met with the Head of the Community Arush Arushanyan in Goris and discussed the situation created in the community after 13 September. Goris municipality reported.

During the meeting, the consequences of the military operations carried out by the armed forces of Azerbaijan against the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia on September 12-13 were presented to the OSCE delegation.

A number of issues were discussed, including damage to infrastructure, civilians affected by the conflict, and the security situation.

OSCE representatives also visited Verishen and Akner settlements. They got acquainted with the situation on the spot, talked with the residents affected by the military operations.
