“Note that Azerbaijan tonight increased the caliber of ceasefire violation against Armenian armed forces at this time using also mortars,” Artsakh State Minister Artak Beglaryan wrote about in his Twitter microblog.

“It means that Baku goes for gradual escalation & provocation of the situation,” he wrote.
