Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a decision on 5 October, which states:
“Guided by Article 9, Part 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Public Service”, releave Yeranuhi Tumanyantsi from the post of Deputy Minister of Justice.”
Notably, the secretary of the NA “Civil Contract” Faction Artur Hovhannisyan announced that Karen Andreasyan and Yeranuhi Tumanyants were nominated by the RA NA “Civil Contract” Faction as candidates for the members of the Supreme Judicial Council.
