On 26 September, the Supreme Judicial Council published the decision on the issue of disciplinary action against Anna Pilosyan, judge of the court of general jurisdiction of the first instance of the city of Yerevan.
The Council decided to reject the petition presented by the Minister of Justice.
The decision is effective from the moment of publication and is final.
