The Azerbaijanis dismembered the female soldier, Chief of the General Staff of the RA Armed Forces Edward Asryan announced at the meeting with the heads of accredited diplomatic representations and international organizations in Armenia.
“The legs and fingers were cut off, stripped tortured. This is the last level of brutality,” the Chief of the General Staff said.
