The Supreme Judicial Council adopted a decision on 15 August, which states:

“Discussing the availability of the vacant position of the judge of the Administrative Court of Appeals and the issue of filling it and being guided by Article 94, Part 1, Article 127, Part 1, Clause 3, and Part 3 of the same Article”: The Supreme Judicial Council

DECIDES

1. To propose Hrach Ayvazyan, a candidate of the administrative specialization of the list of candidates to be promoted for appointment as a judge in the Courts ofAppeals, to submit candidacy for the vacant position of the judge of the Administrative Court of Appeals for the appointment to the President of the Republic.
2. This decision enters into force on the day following its publication.”
