On 11 August, the Supreme Judicial Council published the decision on the issue of subjecting Varduhi Hovnanyan, judge of the First Instance General Jurisdiction Court of Lori Marz, to disciplinary responsibility.
The Council decided to reject the petition of the Minister of Justice.
The decision is effective from the moment of publication and is final.
