The CPC  initiated proceedings against 3 companies providing delivery services to RA from abroad

The Competition Protection Commission has initiated proceedings against Global Shipping LLC (Globbing), Onex LLC (ONEX) and Haypost CJSC (Ber-Ber service), which provide delivery services to Armenia from abroad, with the apparent dishonesty of misleading the public. with competitive features.

The proceedings were initiated on the apparent basis that, in practice, the terms of deliveries carried out by the mentioned companies exceeded the announced terms.
