The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, signed a decree on the demobilization of citizens conscripted for military service within the framework of the partial conscription announced on 3 August , 2022.

The Central Information Department of the Office of the President of the Artsakh Republic reported.
