Rumors are circulating in the press that the situation is tense in the direction of the positions of the village of Geghamasar of Gegharkunik region. Aram Torosyan, spokesperson of the RA Ministry of Defense, told Iravaban.net that the news does not correspond to reality.
Notably, on 1 August, starting at 09:00, in a number of parts of the northern and northwestern border zone of the Republic of Artsakh, the Azerbaijani units resorted to provocation by making attempts to cross the contact line, which were stopped by the forces of the Defense Forces.
