The NA “Civil Contract” Faction submitted to NA Speaker Alen Simonyan the   drafts of the NA decisions on the recall of National Assembly Deputy Ishkhan Saghatelyan from the position of Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly and the termination of the powers of  National Assembly Deputy Vahe Hakobyan as the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Economic Affairs and asked to put the submitted draft decisions into circulation in the prescribed manner..

The Council of the National Assembly agreed to convene an extraordinary session of the National Assembly on 1 July, 2022 at 11:00 a.m., according to the agenda and time limit set by the initiator.

“Based on the  initiative of the deputies of the National Assembly on convening an extraordinary session of the National Assembly on July 1, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. , as well as “The decision of “Civil Contract” Faction of the National Assembly “On convening an extraordinary session of the National Assembly on 1 July, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.  with the agenda set by the initiator and submitting a petition to the Council”, guided by Article 44, Part 8 of the Constitutional Law “Rules and Procedures of the National Assembly”, the Council of the National Assembly decides:

To agree to convene an extraordinary session of the National Assembly on 1 July, 2022 at 11:00 a.m., according to the agenda set by the initiator and within the time frame.” This is stated on the website of the National Assembly.
