In case of death of the employee the due salary and wages are paid to a family member of the deceased’s in case of providing the death certificate and other necessary documents confirming the fact of being a family member of the person’s death within six months. Payments are made in three working days after submission of documents. The salary and wages, which are unpaid within the specified period, shall be subject to inheritance.
