Khanjyan street in Yerevan is closed. The protesters blocked the street with a march. Opposition deputies of the National Assembly Ishkhan Saghatelyan and Gegham Nazaryan are here.
The participants of the action are calling on other citizens to join them.

It should be reminded that the Vice Speaker of the National Assembly, member of the “Armenia” faction Ishkhan Saghatelyan announced yesterday, on 1 May, at the rally held in France Square: “Tomorrow many streets and highways of the republic will be closed, but who will do it? All of us. Tomorrow, especially in Kentron community, there should be no car traffic. I call on our compatriots and students to start a strike from tomorrow,” he said.
Ishkhan Saghatelyan apologized to all the citizens for the inconveniences to be caused in the coming days.
