Deputy of the National Assembly Eduard Aghajanyan informs:

“I have recently sent a letter to Ms. Margareta Cederfelt, President of the OSCE PA and Ms. Kari Henriksen Special Representative on the South Caucasus, where I described the developments of the last days of the creeping war unleashed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh and the humanitarian crisis caused by the disruption of gas supplies.

I have drawn the attention of international parliamentary partners to the fact that while on international platforms Azerbaijan acts as a peacekeeping force in the South Caucasus, at the level of operations Azerbaijan continues to terrorize the people of Nagorno Karabakh psychologically, humanitarianly and militarily with the aim of completely evicting Armenians from Artsakh.

I stressed the importance of a quick response by the international community to the situation created and immediate restraint on Azerbaijan, and reaffirmed Armenia’s readiness to resume the process of peaceful, negotiated and final settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict under the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing.”
