Lawyer Erik Aleksanyan informs that the trial stage in Arush Arushanyan’s case is over.
“Judge Gnel Gasparyan left the deliberation room to make a decision.
We will provide additional information about the time of the day of publication of the decision.
“Justice must prevail,” he said.
Notably, on 8 February, the issue of changing Arush Arushanyan’s pre-trial detention was examined in the Criminal Court of Appeal.
It should be reminded that Arushanyan has been detained since 16 July, 2021. The ayor of Goris was charged with Article 35-154.2, Part 4, Clause 2, Article 38-149, Part 2, Clause 4, Article 38-154.2, Part 3 of the RA Criminal Code, (breach of secrecy of vote, obstruction of the exercise of the right to vote).
