The Ministry of Economy is taking measures to minimize the number of non-professional companies providing low-quality services in the real estate market, the statement said.

“On 15 March, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Economy with the representatives of the largest companies, during which the steps to get out of the current situation were jointly discussed.

One of the most common problems when looking for an apartment in list.am is duplication of information on the apartments.

“In order to avoid fraud, we present the list of companies with which we are in direct contact,” the statement reads.
