The NKR InfoCenter has issued a statement, which reads:

“Dear compatriots,

In recent days, Azerbaijan, adhering to its aggressive and destructive policy, continues to grossly violate the provisions of the trilateral declaration of November 9, 2020 and resort to various provocations, pursuing various goals, aggravating the situation, creating security and humanitarian problems for the peaceful population of Artsakh, create artificial causes for internal division, political manipulation and controversy and panic.

The provocative and criminal actions of Azerbaijan naturally cause dissatisfaction among our citizens, a concern that is often voiced.

We would like to assure you that the authorities of the Artsakh Republic, the peacekeeping troops of the Russian Federation, are taking all possible measures to solve the problems as soon as possible, to ensure the normal life of the population, as well as to inform international organizations about Azerbaijan’s crimes through Artsakh and Armenia.

“Taking into account the above-mentioned goals of the Azerbaijani side, we urge to remain calm, to refrain from self-activity, from creating additional sources of tension and causes.”
