Azerbaijan has not changed its approaches, has not revised its plans, regularly addresses and will resort to various provocations.
In a conversation with Armenpress, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Artsakh Republic Davit Babayan mentioned, referring to the enemy’s provocations in the village of Khramort in Askeran region of the Artsakh Republic, as well as the fact that Azerbaijan hinders starting repairs of the damaged gas pipeline near the Azerbaijani position.
“Nothing extraordinary is happening! Azerbaijan has remained the same, the goals are the same. We must be ready for all that, and let me tell you, we are ready,” Babayan assured.
Speaking about the lack of gas supply in the whole territory of Artsakh since 8 March and the repair works of the damaged gas pipeline near the Azerbaijani position, the Artsakh Foreign Minister said that everything is being done to restore the gas supply.
“Artsakh is still without gas supply,” he added.
It should be reminded that “Artsakhgaz” company had reported that the main gas pipeline was damaged due to the accident that took place on 8 March at 01:00. Later, the Artsakh Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure issued a statement stating that Azerbaijan was obstructing the start of repair work on the damaged main gas pipeline near the Azerbaijani position. “Tonight the gas pipeline coming from Artsakh to Artsakh was damaged. The incident took place near the Azerbaijani position. At the moment, the Azerbaijani side is preventing the start of repair works. Negotiations are underway through the mediation of the Russian peacekeeping mission to start work tomorrow. We will regularly inform about the further process,” the message said.
The Defense Army reported that on 8 March, at around 11:00 pm, the enemy violated the ceasefire once again in the village of Khramort in Askeran region of the Artsakh Republic, firing 3 mines from a 60 mm caliber grenade launcher in the direction of the village.
