On 2 March, during a regular question-answer session between the National Assembly and the Government, Sargis Khandanyan, a member of the “Civil Contract” Faction, inquired about the process of normalization of Armenia-Turkey relations.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan positively assessed the second meeting between the special representatives of the two countries. According to him, the parties reaffirmed that the process takes place without preconditions, and the result is the normalization of relations. “I think it is difficult to expect tangible results from that meeting,” the minister added.
