The Court of General Jurisdiction of the city of Yerevan, chaired by Judge Anna Danibekyan, today, 1 March, decided to resume the examination of the motion of the Second President Robert Kocharyan’s lawyer Hayk Alumyan to apply to the Constitutional Court.
