On 16 February, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a decision to send his adviser Robert Ghukasyan on a business trip to Syunik Marz from 16 February to 16 April, inclusive.
The decision does not state the purpose of the business trip. The expenses related to Ghukasyan’s business trip will be covered by the budget for the maintenance of the Prime Minister’s staff at the expense of the funds provided for internal business trips.
