On 16 February, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a decision stating:
“Pursuant to Article 9, Part 9 of the Law on Public Service, to relieve Narek Babayan from the post of Deputy Governor of Syunik Marz of the Republic of Armenia.”
It should be noted that Narek Babayan was appointed Deputy Governor of Syunik Marz on 27 June, 2018. He is a member of the “Civil Contract” Party.
