“It is already known that the second meeting of the Armenian-Turkish special representatives will take place on February 24 in Vienna. If there is a clarity on the agenda of the meeting, please inform,” NA Deputy Taguhi Ghazaryan asked a question to the Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan.
According to the Foreign Minister, they hope that this time substantive discussions will start between the two special representatives.
“Discussions aimed at opening the Armenia-Turkey border and establishing diplomatic relations. I just want to add that the signals and messages coming from official Ankara about this are mostly in a positive context, and our expectations are the same,” Mirzoyan said.
The Foreign Minister also said that the news of Nikol Pashinyan’s departure to Antalya is not discussed, there is no such decision.
