On 23 August, 1 December, and 17 December, the Ministry of Justice signed purchase contracts with “Nor Zovk” and “Artexim” companies on the purchase of alcoholic beverages.
Iravaban.net reports that under the contract signed with “Nor Zovk” on 17 December the Ministry purchased:
- “Vaspurakan” brandy – 5 bottles of 0.5 liter, 15 years old, the price is 17 thousand 875 AMD each.
- “Vaspurakan” brandy – 3 bottles of 0.7 liter, 15 years old, the price is 24 thousand AMD each.
This total cost of this purchase is 193,650 AMD.
On 23 August, the Ministry bought from “Artexim” company, also known as ” NOYAN TUN Specialized chain store for alcoholic beverages:
- “Zorah” brandy – 1 bottle of 0.75 liter, the price is 12 thousand 900 AMD,
- Medium size Noyan Tun package – 1 piece 600 AMD.
The total cost of this purchase is 13,500 AMD.
Under the 1 December contract, the Ministry acquired from the same company:
- “Vaspurakan” brandy – 1 bottle of 0.7 liter, 15 years old, the price is 28,800 AMD,
- Medium size Noyan Tun package – 1 piece for the price of 750 AMD.
The total cost of this purchase is 29,550 AMD.
A total cost paid under these three contracts is 236,700 AMD.
It should be added that according to the publication of the contracts, the purchases were made as a representative expense, but its exact purpose is not known.
