According to the annual program of inspections of the Health and Labor Inspection Body for 2021, overall 107 thematic inspections were carried out in the field of drug circulation, as a result of which 13 economic entities were issued written orders on elimination of violations and shortcomings. A decision was made to impose 11 administrative fines, and fines were determined.
“As a result of the work done, certain legislative issues have emerged, for the solution of which drafts have been submitted and sent to the Coordination Office of the Inspection Bodies in order to process the changes,” David Sayamyan, acting head of the Drug Control Department said.
