During the regular sitting of the third session of the National Assembly of the eighth convocation, the deputy of “Armenia” Faction Gegham Manukyan asked a question to the Acting NA President Hakob Arshakyan.

“On January 13 the NA President signed an order, according to which the NA Deputy Speaker Ruben Rubinyan was sent on a working visit to Moscow on 13-15 January, 2022 and the expenses of the business trip were mentioned accordingly. Rubinyan met with Kılıç. Did he negotiate on behalf of the National Assembly? Why did the NA Deputy President leave for Moscow at the expense of the NA budget?” Manukyan asked.

Hakob Arshakyan said that an envoy has been appointed by the state; the expenses of the envoy’s business trip are covered by the state.
