Karen Sargsyan, Governor Gegharkunik region wrote on his Facebook page:
“Recently I visited the Gavar orphanage, got acquainted with the conditions and opportunities created for children, as a result of which it became clear that the orphanage needs computers to provide the necessary education to the students.
On 27 December, we visited the children once again, talked about New Year programs and events, and donated three computers to the orphanage on the occasion of the New Year and Christmas.
We talked to the administration on the spot about the improvement of the heating system of the orphanage; we will take steps to settle this problem in the near future.
