The Ethics and Disciplinary Committee of the General Assembly of Judges had submitted a motion to the Supreme Judicial Council to impose disciplinary liability on Judge Arshak Alaverdyan of the Administrative Court.

Today, on 20 December, the SJC satisfied the motion submitted by the commission and Alaverdyan was severely reprimanded.

The decision was made unanimously.
