The Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan announced during the NA sitting that the deputy of the “I have Honor” Faction Ishkhan Zakaryan addressed the letter to the NA Speaker and informed that he was leaving the faction and would act as an independent deputy.

Notably, on 20 June2021, Zakaryan was elected to the National Assembly by the national electoral list of the “I have Honor” Alliance of parties.
