After being deployed in Nagorno-Karabakh the Russian peacekeepers, returned more than 1,900 bodies of killed to the local authorities of Armenia and Azerbaijan. The Deputy Commander of the Southern Military District Rustam Muradov reported to TASS.
“More than 1960 bodies of the killed have been returned to the local authorities of Armenia and Azerbaijan. We are still searching,” the source of the agency said.
He also added that more than 100 soldiers from both sides were released from captivity and returned to their homeland.
