Arthur Ghazinyan, the candidate of the opposition “Armenia” Faction of the RA National Assembly, was not elected to the post of Deputy Chairman of the NA Standing Committee on Defense and Security for the 10th time today, at the 2 November sitting.
It should be noted that opposition deputies were not present at the sitting.
The Chairman of the Commission Andranik Kocharyan mentioned that if the head of the faction Seyran Ohanyan was present, he would ask him a question. “Mr. Ohanyan, is this your or Robert Kocharyan’s proposal? This cycle is already illogical. “We must give a legislative regulation to this,” he said, urging the opposition to take a step dependent on them.
