On 26 October, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a decision stating:

“Pursuant to Article 16, Part 3, Article 37, Part 1, Clause 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Civil Service, to relieve Hayk Kolya Yengibaryan from 1 November, 2021 from the position of the head (position code, 06-G28-23.2-Gh3-3) of the program implementation  department of program implementation and monitoring of the implementation Department of the of the Chief Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.”
