ICRC mission in Nagorno Karabakh launches second phase of registration of internally displaced families with children aged 0-17 in Stepanakert

Stepanakert Municipality has issued a statement, which reads,

“For the information of the families currently resettled in Stepanakert, who were displaced in the fall of 2020 as a result of hostilities.

The ICRC mission in Nagorno-Karabakh is launching the second phase of registration of internally displaced families with children aged 0-17 in Stepanakert.

To register at the ICRC office, families whose place of residence was in Nagorno-Karabakh since  1 July, or those who have been in Nagorno-Karabakh until that date have not been notified of the first phase.

For the information of the families who have already received child support in August of this year, they do not need additional registration, except for newborns born after July 1 of this year.

Registration will take place from 25 to 29 October, from 9:00 to 18:00, at the ICRC office, except on Saturdays and Sundays.

Address: 69 S. David Street.

One of the parents of the children must come to the place of registration with the originals of the children’s birth certificates, parents’ passports, and a valid bank account belonging to one of the parents.

Registered families will be notified of further assistance on the site by ICRC staff.

For more information call the hotline 097-26-11-13.

Note: The ICRC reserves the right to verify the information provided and to exclude families whose current place of residence is outside Nagorno-Karabakh.”
