Regarding vaccination; let me say that my conscious decision is to in favor of it, but it must be a conscious decision of everyone. No one, be it a government or any other body, can force it, or intimidate it, or impose costs on the people by any order. This position stems from the Constitution, by the way, the officials are obliged to read it,” he wrote.
