Today, on 25 September, the first President of the Republic of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrosyan had a private conversation with the State Minister of the Artsakh Republic Artak Beglaryan at his home.

During the conversation, issues related exclusively to humanitarian issues, ie resettlement of IDPs, provision of jobs and meeting the social needs of the population of Artsakh were touched upon.
