On 17 September, RA President Armen Srkissian signed a decree, which reads:
“According to Article 136 of the Constitution, and Article 5.3, Part 1 of the Law on State Awards and Honorary Titles of the Republic of Armenia.
On the occasion of the Independence Day, to award Ruzanna Surik HAKOBYAN, Chairperson of the Civil and Administrative Chamber of the Court of Cassation, with the “Mkhitar Gosh” Medal for her contribution to the strengthening of law and order and the development of the judiciary.
