On September 17, RA President Armen Sarkissian signed a decree, which states:

“According to Article 136 of the Constitution, as well as Article 5.3, Part 1 of the Law on State Awards and Honorary Titles of the Republic of Armenia.

On the occasion of the Independence Day, the Judge of the Criminal Court of Appeal Narine Radik HOVAKIMYAN was awarded the Mkhitar Gosh Medal for her contribution to the strengthening of the rule of law and the development of the judiciary.”
