Iravaban.net reports that by the decision of the Supreme Judicial Council, the powers of the Chairman of the Civil Court of Appeal Nora Karapetyan as the Chairman of the Court have been considered terminated since 13 September.

Pursuant to Article 94, Part 1, Article 35, Part 2 of the Judicial Code of the Republic of Armenia, based on the resignation letter of the Chairman of the Civil Court of Appeal Nora Arayik Karapetyan submitted on 17.08.2021, The Supreme Judicial Council

DECIDES

“From 13 September, 2021, the powers of Nora Arayik Karapetyan, Chairman of the Civil Court of Appeal, as Chairman of the Civil Court of Appeal shall be considered terminated,” the decision reads.

Notably Karapetyan was appointed Chairperson of the court on 30 April.
