The statement spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that on 3 September, from 01:00 to 02:15, the Armenian side fired at one of the positions located in Shushi and after retaliation, suffering losses, retreated is misinformation to the next side of the enemy.
Artsakh Defense Army issued a statement.
