Hayk Konjoryan, the leader of the “Civil Contract” Faction of the National Assembly, wrote on his Facebook page,

“On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Artsakh independence, we participated in the special sitting of the Artsakh National Assembly in Stepanakert, then laid flowers at the graves of the heroes who died in the 44-day war.

We had meetings, contacts with our sisters and brothers from Artsakh, once again making sure that the will of the people of Artsakh is unbreakable, our brotherhood is unshakable.”
