On 19 August, the “Pyunic” Armenian Association for Persons with Disabilities, in partnership with “Armenian Hero”, an organization operating in the United States, donated warm blankets to members of the “Satar” (Support) Squad and the Wheelchair Basketball Team.

“I am grateful for the fact of the invitation to the “Pyunic” Armenian Association for Persons with Disabilities. A need for warm blankets always existed. We saw the readiness of our Diaspora to stand by the army, to stand by the homeland,” Hunan Hunanyan, the commander of the “Support” Squad said.

Arshak Hovhannisyan, the captain of the Wheelchair basketball team thanked “Armenian Hero” for not forgetting the defenders of the homeland.

Notably, “Pyunic” Armenian Association for Persons with Disabilities has started a new cooperation with the “Armenian Hero”, an organization operating in the United States, within the framework of which it has received a large amount of cargo to provide to the position holders.
