RA President Armen Sarkissian signed decrees on 17 August, according to which 3 judges were appointed in the Civil Court of Appeal.
The decrees say,
“Based on Article 139, Part 1, Article 166, Part 6 of the Constitution, as well as the proposal submitted by the decision of the Supreme Judicial Council of 12 August, 2021 SCJ-59-O-149.
To appoint Gor TOROSYAN a judge of the Civil Court of Appeal.”
” on Article 139, Part 1, Article 166, Part 6 of the Constitution, as well as the proposal submitted by the decision of the Supreme Judicial Council of 12 August, 2021 SCJ-59-O-148 of 12 August, 2021.
To appoint Arman KUREKHYAN a judge of the Civil Court of Appeal.”
