The Government made decisions on 3 August, according to which the State Revenue Committee has a new chairman.

The decisions particularly say:

“Guided by Article 9, Part 2 of the Law on Public Service, the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides to relieve Edward Hovhannisyan from the post of Chairman of the State Revenue Committee.“

“Guided by Article 9, Part 2 of the Law on Public Service, the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides to appoint Rustam Badasyan Chairman of the State Revenue Committee.”

Notably, Rustam Badasyan previously held the post of Minister of Justice, before which he was Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee.
