The Human Rights Defender’s Office informs that today, at around 12:00, the case of self-immolation of a citizen in front of the entrance of the Human Rights Defender’s Office building has nothing to do with the Defender’s Office, there is no proceedings or other procedure in the Defender’s Office.
In connection with the incident, the citizen was provided with first aid by the Defender’s Office.
Moreover, the Defender’s representative visited the hospital, where the citizen was taken.
