Adviser to the President of the Artsakh Republic Azatuhi Simonyan wrote on her Facebook page:

“The reopening of the Hadrut kindergarten helps to strengthen the Hadrut population, to preserve the Hadrut dialect and spirit.

With the blessing and sponsorship of His Holiness Karekin II, with the direct sponsorship of AGBU and AGBU President Perch Sedrakyan, with the support of the Artsakh Government, the Dizak Kindergarten in Hadrut was reopened. The children from Hadrut attend it and the staff of the kindergarten of Hadrut teaches and works there.

H.G. In recent months we have reopened Hadrut Art School, Hadrut Secondary School, the works are continued by Togh Art School, Hadrut Children and Youth Creativity Center. Although with the help of charitable funds provided by the Diaspora we have been able to provide some of the necessary property of Hadrut Art School, Togh Art School, Hadrut Manvelyan Secondary School and Hadrut Children and Youth Creativity Center, the issue of building and property conditions of all these structures remains crucial,” she wrote.
