“Pyunik” Armenian Association for the Disabled has started a new cooperation with the “Armenian Hero”, an organization operating in the United States of America, within the framework of which it has received a large amount of cargo to provide to the position guards.
According to Hakob Abrahamyan, President of the “Pyunik” Union, the newly established “Armenian Hero” organization is headed by two sisters who love Armenia very much and try to help as much as possible. “The foundation of close cooperation was laid when I was in the United States three months ago. There was a meeting, we discussed, and we were all excited. This was the first step and both I and they hope that they have found a reliable partner in Armenia, our cooperation will continue for a long time,” Hakob Abrahamyan said.
The sent cargo is in the form of covers, which must be provided to the guards. In addition, auxiliary equipment and household items were sent, which will be provided to the refugees who lost their homes in Hadrut. “The blankets are quite heavy, each one weighs about 7 kg, and they are expensive. The meaning is that it helps a person to fully recover after sleeping. The second donation was made to the Union of “Yerkrapah” Volunteers.
UYV board member Samson Khachatryan contacted “Pyunik” Armenian Association for the Disabled. According to him, the help sent is very important.
“We are especially grateful to the sisters Jemma and Emma. Our freedom fighters will need the covers,” Samson Khachatryan said.
