Observers from the Republic of Armenia will be sent to Moscow from 16 August to 25 September, 2021, to carry out an observation mission during the State Duma elections to be held in the Russian Federation.
The expenses related to the business trip of the members of the observation mission will be covered by the means provided for foreign official business trips by the 2021 state budget of the Republic of Armenia.
