The RA General Prosecutor’s Office submitted a motion to the CEC to deprive of his immunity Goris community head Arush Arushanyan, who was elected a deputy of the National Assembly by the list of the “Armenia” Alliance.

It should be reminded that according to the 14 June statement of the Investigative Committee, Arush Arushanyan was charged with Article 308, Part 1 (abuse of official authority) , Article 188, Part 3, Clause 1 of the RA Criminal Code( Illegal enterpreneurship, which was combined with causing particularly large damage to individuals or organizations or the state) , Article 291, Part 2 (violation of the rules of subsoil protection and use) , Article 322, Part 2 (Arrogation) , Article 113, Part 2 According to points 3 ի 6 of part ( Intentionally causing moderate damage to health): Bail was applied against him as a measure of restraint.  Arrested on Arushanyan’s real estate was applied in the amount of damage caused to the state.
